Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Experience in the administration and maintenance of IT applications, ideally in the context of IT governance tools (ServiceNow, LeanIX, Fact24)
- Experience with Power-BI and the creation of KPI-based reports
- Basic understanding of ITIL and Scrum, ideally with ITIL Foundation certification in the current version
- Analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex relationships in a clear and understandable way
- Confident appearance, communication skills and enthusiasm
- High initiative, team ability and flexibility
- Structured working method
- Good German and English language skills
