IT Release Analyst

Join our Global Technology Services Management team as an IT Release Analyst to coordinate and improve our release management processes. This role provides the opportunity to influence processes, procedures, and tooling while collaborating with global teams on our journey to becoming a digital leader.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years+ of experience in managing release processes within a complex environment
• ITIL Certification preferred
• Experience working with ServiceNow preferred
