We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer & Consultant with deep expertise in OpenText Core Content and strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience with OpenText Core Content and OpenText Extended ECM, while also being knowledgeable in other CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Drupal, and WordPress.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise content management (ECM) and CMS implementation.
  • Expertise in OpenText Core Content & Extended ECM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS architecture, metadata structuring, taxonomy management, and content governance.
  • Proficiency in content modeling, headless CMS solutions, and API-driven content strategies.
  • Solid programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, or.NET for CMS customizations.
  • Experience integrating CMS with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based CMS solutions (OpenText Cloud, Adobe Cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices in CMS environments.
  • Experience implementing digital asset management (DAM) strategies and content lifecycle automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Business Practitioner or equivalent CMS certifications
