IT Security Systems Staff

The IT Security Systems Staff will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the security posture of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. This role will assist in implementation and monitoring of IT security internal controls and ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• At least 4 yrs of experience in systems security, IT security, or network security roles
• Experience with securing systems and network infrastructure, including firewalls, endpoint protection, and network security tools
• Experience with a Governance, Risk Management and Compliance tool (GRC) such as ServiceNow, Audit Board, Workiva or Pathlock is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption tools
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts (Oracle Cloud, AWS, etc.)
• Good understanding of IT controls, cybersecurity concepts, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and audit tools
