Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • IT related studies or previous IT Service Desk Agent experience is preferred
  • Awareness to ITSM tools – (ServiceNow preferable)
  • Proficiency with service desk telephony and ticketing systems
