Requirements

  • 1st or 2nd-level IT support experience in larger environments
  • Proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English skills
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and troubleshooting both hardware and software
  • Analytical mind and a can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticket systems (like ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of ITIL V4 processes
  • Customer-focused, responsible, and always aiming for the best
  • Excited to develop both technical and soft skills, and you’re open to working flexible shifts

Benefits

  • Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
  • Salary 22 000 euros gross/year + up to 2 400 euros gross/year in bonus
