Requirements

  • German speaker with proficient or bilingual level
  • 1st or 2nd-level IT support experience in larger environments
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and troubleshooting
  • Analytical mind and a can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticket systems (like ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of ITIL V4 processes
