Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service management, incident management, or similar role.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar) for incident and problem management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards and practices (ITIL certification is an asset).
