Requirements
- Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Strong ability to align business process and requirements with a technical implementation
- Ability to manage and report on process activities from end to end
Requirements Summary
2+ years of experience in IT Service Management or Operations role, strong communication skills, and knowledge of ServiceNow platform
