Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing an enterprise ITSM such as Halo, ServiceNow or similar.
  • Minimum 3+ years line management experience (Manager/ Team leader / Supervisor) - with experience in areas such as appraisals, 1-2-1s, continuous development and training.
  • Able to evidence great stakeholder management skills – be that internal colleagues, external clients or third-party suppliers – with the ability to challenge where appropriate.
