IT Solution Analyst II – Engineering & Product Value Chain role involves supporting business value through IT solutions, working with cross-functional teams, and driving efficiency through technology. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and organize, and experience with business analysis methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- 2-year degree in IT, Engineering, or Business required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or product owner
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and organize
- Ability to breakdown strategic objectives into actionable work for development teams
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools
- Experience with business applications, processes, and solution implementation methodologies
- Strong functional analysis skills to drive business requirement definition that involves eliciting, analyzing, prioritizing, articulating, and documenting business requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to summarize and communicate effectively across functional audiences and topics while building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with project management knowledge areas including planning, scheduling, and execution. Ability to lead multiple small to medium projects with guidance
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience in program governance using both waterfall and agile methodologies combined with demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects
- Ability to gather requirements from business partners
- Background in collaborating with custom development teams
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, Azure native applications, Azure DevOps, InRiver PIM, Databricks, Azure integration services, Power BI, Syndigo, Sitecore, and ServiceNow
- Experience writing user stories
- ITIL or other technical certifications
