We're looking for an exceptional IT Support Lead to take full ownership of our Tier 1 IT operations. You'll be responsible for driving high performance standards, leading the team, and ensuring fast, effective resolutions for our internal teams.

Requirements

  • Hands-on leader with experience leading support teams
  • Obsessed with metrics and process- and quality-driven
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, call center technology, and networking
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting chops and documentation skills
  • Solid experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SQL
