Requirements
- Hands-on leader with experience leading support teams
- Obsessed with metrics and process- and quality-driven
- Strong experience with CRM platforms, call center technology, and networking
- Excellent technical troubleshooting chops and documentation skills
- Solid experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SQL
- Clear, effective communicator with experience escalating and updating stakeholders
