Requirements

  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Scheduling support activities
  • Coordinating with third-party vendors
  • Creating clear documentation
  • Providing remote control support
  • Developing documentation for franchise owners and Home Office staff
  • Assisting with testing and rollout of new software releases
  • Documenting system information and calls into ServiceNow
  • Providing regular on-call rotation
