Requirements
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Scheduling support activities
- Coordinating with third-party vendors
- Creating clear documentation
- Providing remote control support
- Developing documentation for franchise owners and Home Office staff
- Assisting with testing and rollout of new software releases
- Documenting system information and calls into ServiceNow
- Providing regular on-call rotation
