The role involves providing technical support, integrating and testing computer environment systems, and collaborating with end users and support teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM category (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 year as IT Support Technician or similar
  • Previous experience working with Ticketing Tools such as SERVICENOW or related
  • Previous experience working with Telephony systems as GENESYS or related
  • Upper intermediate to advanced English level
