The Sr HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for resolving complex HR system issues, supporting employee lifecycle transactions, and providing exceptional service to associates. This role requires a deep understanding of HR systems functionality, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver efficient and accurate resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS, with strong hands-on experience in Workday and Kronos.
- Proficient with Case management systems, preferable with ServiceNow
