Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, major in computer science field preferred
- Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 1+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a comprehensive understanding of the product suite
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
- Experience with additional process areas outside of ITSM a plus
- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
- Ability to lead meetings, and conduct calls with stakeholders from all levels within the organization as a representative of the ServiceNow platform and team
- Experience with Agile Methodology and working in a remote environment
- Strong knowledge of third-party administration/claims management business and technology
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
