ITAM Consultant for ServiceNow - Ostrava

Devoteam is seeking an ITAM Consultant for ServiceNow to design, implement, and optimize IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their asset management needs and configure ServiceNow modules.

Requirements

• Proven experience with implementation of ITAM applications
• Strong understanding of ITAM processes and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English is a must
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, etc.)
• ITIL certification
• Experience in a consulting environment
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Certifications (one of the following: CITAM, CHAMP, CSAM, ISO/IEC 19770 )
