Generix Group is a leading SaaS vendor specializing in Collaborative Supply Chain solutions. The ITSM Development Expert will develop and customize ServiceNow applications, design and implement workflows, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) are a plus.
Requirements
- Level 6/7 in Computer Science, Electronic or similar. Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics or similar will be a plus;
- At least 2 years experience in ServiceNow Development;
- Certifications such as: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL Foundation are a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and sense of initiative;
- Advanced level in French and Advanced/Intermediate level in English.
