We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer / Developer to work on ITSM/ITAM processes and tools, with a focus on software solutions, tool customization, and process automation. This role requires flexibility to work on US times and travel abroad when needed.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development or systems administration
- Strong understanding of ITSM and/or ITAM principles and best practices (ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 55000)
- Experience with one or more ITSM/ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Ivanti, Jira Service Desk)
