Requirements
- Expert knowledge on ITIL-based service delivery
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in IT infra management
- Deep knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, HP, BMC, CA, and experience in deployment of tools like Summit AI, Assyst, ManageEngine
