Requirements
- Proven experience designing complex ServiceNow architectures
- Expertise in ITIL, ITSM processes, and Customer workflows
- Strong understanding of platform governance and integrations
- Experience mentoring developers and collaborating with business stakeholders
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CTA preferred)
- Strong technical leadership in delivering ServiceNow projects
- Hands-on development in Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, etc.
- Experience in Agile delivery and cross-functional team coordination
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Deep knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB) or CSM modules
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Service Portal, and scripting
- Strong debugging, documentation, and testing skills
- Ability to collaborate with architects and functional consultants
- Good understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and scripting
- Experience working on ITSM modules or customer workflows
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, UI Policies, and basic integrations
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in QA testing for ServiceNow or SaaS platforms
- Manual and automation testing expertise (Selenium, ATF preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Zephyr, or similar
- Clear understanding of QA lifecycle and ServiceNow functionality
