Requirements

  • Proven experience designing complex ServiceNow architectures
  • Expertise in ITIL, ITSM processes, and Customer workflows
  • Strong understanding of platform governance and integrations
  • Experience mentoring developers and collaborating with business stakeholders
  • ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CTA preferred)
  • Strong technical leadership in delivering ServiceNow projects
  • Hands-on development in Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, etc.
  • Experience in Agile delivery and cross-functional team coordination
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills
  • Deep knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB) or CSM modules
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Service Portal, and scripting
  • Strong debugging, documentation, and testing skills
  • Ability to collaborate with architects and functional consultants
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and scripting
  • Experience working on ITSM modules or customer workflows
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, UI Policies, and basic integrations
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience in QA testing for ServiceNow or SaaS platforms
  • Manual and automation testing expertise (Selenium, ATF preferred)
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Zephyr, or similar
  • Clear understanding of QA lifecycle and ServiceNow functionality
