As a Junior HR Advisor, you will perform administrative tasks and support for employees, managing personnel data, benefits, and talent administration. You will be part of the Philips People Services team in Lodz, Poland, collaborating closely with local team members and liaising with HR Managers and line managers.
Requirements
- Previous experience with the Dutch market and an understanding of country specifics
- Fluency in English
- Workday and/or ServiceNow system knowledge and Excel proficiency (an advantage)
