As part of Leonardo, Kopter develops the AW09 helicopter. We're seeking a Junior ICT Supporter to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and endpoint management. The role involves collaborating with remote personnel, documenting knowledge base articles, and using ServiceNow to track and resolve digital issues.

Requirements

  • ITIL foundation certificate
  • Basic SAP knowledge
  • Proven track record of at least 1-2 years IT related environment
  • Experience with AD, GPO’s, DNS, DHCP, TCP-IP, VLAN, WLAN, Radius, Firewall, Power Shell, command line
  • English minimum B2, verbal and written
  • German knowledge, an asset
