As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will be part of an innovative team developing world-class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will provide technical consulting services, design and deliver technical solutions, and serve as a technical resource on a team.
Requirements
- Participating in client workshops and requirements gathering
- Developing solutions in ServiceNow to meet defined requirements
- Mentoring and training junior team members
- Producing documentation and training material for implemented solutions
- University degree in IT engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience as IT developer and 5 years' experience on ServiceNow
- 5 years' experience in consulting external customers
