As a Knowledge Coordinator, you will develop and implement a knowledge management strategy, define roles and responsibilities, and oversee knowledge migration during transitions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in knowledge management
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Wiki), ITIL principles, and application support workflows
  • Ability to identify and resolve knowledge gaps
  • Experience in cross-functional teams and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • ITIL v3/v4 (preferably in Knowledge Management or Service Operations)
  • Strong written and verbal skills for documentation and presentations
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Proactiveness and solution-orientation
