As a Knowledge Coordinator, you will develop and implement a knowledge management strategy, define roles and responsibilities, and oversee knowledge migration during transitions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in knowledge management
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Wiki), ITIL principles, and application support workflows
- Ability to identify and resolve knowledge gaps
- Experience in cross-functional teams and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- ITIL v3/v4 (preferably in Knowledge Management or Service Operations)
- Strong written and verbal skills for documentation and presentations
- Fluency in English and French
- Proactiveness and solution-orientation
