Sev1Tech is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to provide knowledge management and process improvement expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the knowledge management program, including developing and implementing knowledge management processes and procedures, and providing guidance and training to personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree
  • At least eight (8) years relevant experience in business process design and content strategy
  • Understanding of the wide variety of content that must be accessible and managed on large government IT programs
  • Experience establishing new knowledge management policies
  • Experience creating and managing knowledge management processes
  • Knowledge of common KM platforms
  • Successful track record of providing direction and guidance to technical staff responsible for building and or configuring a KM Repository using platforms such as SharePoint and ServiceNow
