The Lead Business Analyst will workshop & manage customer requirements, define functional specifications, and configure the CSG CPQ and Order Management system. The role requires a Senior Business Analyst with hands-on experience in coding, technical background, and software configuration/development experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst in telecom billing or product catalog or pricing domain, strong communication and BA skills, and experience working as a vendor.
