U.S. Bank is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Software Engineer to join its Employee Technology Experience group. The successful candidate will specialize in IT Operational Transformation, developing ServiceNow products for the Enterprise Architecture team and automating the Software Development Life Cycle. Key responsibilities include platform expertise, solution design and architecture, integration and automation, team collaboration and leadership, documentation and training, and ServiceNow development and configuration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Six+ years of relevant experience
- 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer AND 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow development tools
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and others
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and MID servers
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Exposure to and experience with APM, DPR, and UI Builder
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Familiarity with Integrating external tools (Jira, Clarity, version control and testing tools) and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile and Virtual Agent
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
