Drive and take bottom line responsibility for design, implementation, and operational management of highly secure and scalable solution for the business. Drive research, proof of concepts, and design considerations, and get a buy-in from stakeholders for its implementation. Mentor team on technical and functional aspects and resolve their queries.
Requirements
- 12+ years of extensive work experience on ServiceNow Platform with GRC module and IRM implementation
- Hands-on experience on ServiceNow Integrations
- Flow Designer experience
- Experience leading technical implementation efforts in similar scope and size
- Strong understanding of Technical knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, Script includes, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs
- Design, configure and customize ServiceNow platform for client to implement/sustain the following modules
- Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third-party systems/applications via APIs is a must skill
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or engineering
