As a Location Support Specialist / IT Support, you will provide hands-on support to end users, troubleshoot malfunctioning software and hardware, and perform local installations. You will collaborate with the Business Tech team to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient service delivery across all locations.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing hardware and software diagnostics and support
  • Proficiency in operating common office, store, and warehouse equipment and technologies
  • Proficiency in understanding IT infrastructure services, components, and architecture
  • Ability to multitask and manage different situations and people simultaneously
  • Knowledge and understanding of systems (operating systems, APIs, etc.)
  • Service delivery and troubleshooting skills
  • Technical writing abilities
  • Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow
