Manager - Governance, Risk, & Compliance

McDonald's is seeking a Manager - Governance, Risk, & Compliance to lead and mentor our GRC team, driving critical initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves team leadership, proficiency in GRC concepts, platform management, systems integration, requirement analysis, process optimization, collaborator management, compliance assurance, and reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, or compliance roles.
• Confirmed experience with OneTrust GRC and/or other GRC platforms such as ServiceNow GRC or Archer.
• Good understanding of GRC frameworks and methodologies.
• Communication and social skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
