Job Description: We are looking for a Manager - IT ServiceNow with experience in implementation and scripting on ITSM module. Key skills include good communication and presentation skills, JavaScript knowledge, and hands-on experience with ITIL process implementation.
Requirements
- Implementation and scripting experience on ITSM module
- Java Scripting knowledge and hands-on experience on it
- Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation
- Service-now for custom Application Design & Development
- Good integration experience using either one of the following – REST / SOAP / API / Web services
