The PPM Business Analyst plays a critical role in IT project portfolio management, institutionalizing demand management, project portfolio management, resource management, and time sheet management in a single platform. They maintain and enhance the Project Portfolio Management Tool (PPM Tool) to improve efficiency and drive demand-project life cycle.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferably with a Project / IT background
- ServiceNow Admin certification
- PMI Certification
- Strong understanding of PPM tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Relevant IT / Project background experience in using ServiceNow IT Business Management module
