As a Director of MarTech Implementation & Digital Transformation, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic relationships with vendors like Adobe, collaborate with platform peers, and drive digital transformation across ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Adobe marketing solutions are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value.
- Experience in helping stakeholders map out processes and drive towards automation and integrated AI solutions (agentic and otherwise) are preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology trends, best-in-class MarTech architecture, and best practices
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Martech implementation projects in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Extensive experience implementing/operating on Adobe Experience Cloud platform, specifically focusing on latest generation of digital experience technology such as AEP, CJA, AJO B2B.
