Middleware Integrations Architect

As the Middleware Integrations Architect with a Master Data Management (MDM) focus, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing integration solutions that connect IT Service Management (ITSM) systems with MDM platforms and other enterprise applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Overall industry experience of 9 -12 years with minimum of 5 years’ experience in ITSM and MDM solutions, with a focus on integration architecture.
• Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management), MDM platforms, and integration technologies such as APIs and ETL tools.
