The MyP&O Operations Specialist - SLS provides support to Senior Leaders and their Executive Assistance, performing a variety of activities including processing P&O transactional services, validating approvals, and resolving discrepancies. This role will also coach and engage Senior Leaders to drive high adoption of self-service opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Communications, and/or Business.
- 2 + years of experience in a MyP&O Operations Analyst role (Shared Services, Call Centre, Service environment is a plus).
- Familiarity with HR Systems, processes and practices.
- Ability to navigate with proficiency across various HR Systems (i.e. WorkDay & ServiceNow) and deliver high quality customer service.
- Comfortable working across cultures and time zones to get results through project teams in an international operating environment.
- Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of written and spoken English.
