You'll be responsible for coordinating and executing Human Resources operations processes, providing on-site support for HR self-service and specific HR activities, and driving process improvements. You'll work with local HR teams, employees, and managers to provide expert advice and navigate business processes in Workday. The role requires standardizing processes aligned to NA (US and Canada) and complying with SLAs established for each process.

Requirements

  • Professional in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology.
  • More than 2 years of prior professional experience with the HR Operations sub-field or similar positions
  • Knowledge or certification in continuous improvement such as Lean Six Sigma, agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and/or Design thinking, desired
  • Knowledge in MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge in Workday required
  • Knowledge in ServiceNow desired
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and customer service skills, interpersonal relationship building, review and solve unexpected problems and drive continuous process improvements.
