(Observability) Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynatrace Engineer to design, implement, and optimize observability solutions that align with our organizational goals for operational excellence and proactive monitoring. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace SaaS, MONACO, and CI/CD pipeline deployments using Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Dynatrace SaaS, including setup, configuration, and advanced features.
• Proficiency in MONACO for scalable and automated observability configurations.
• Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments (Azure preferred), and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with integrating monitoring solutions with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to create meaningful dashboards and visualizations tailored to different stakeholder needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); Dutch language skills are a strong preference.
