Requirements
- 3 + years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- Must meet current DoD 8140 IAT Level II requirements or higher
- Working knowledge and understanding of the ITIL V4 framework with the intent of attaining ITIL V4 Foundations certification
- Must be eligible for a Top Secret/SCI clearance (with the ability maintain a CI poly)
- Hands-on experience in the following areas: Virtual host and Server administration. Experience with Linux-based operating systems is a plus
- Enterprise-level monitoring suites/software (i.e. BMC BPPM/TrueSight, HP NNM, Splunk, WhatsUp Gold, Nagios, etc.)
- Working experience with ITSM software suites, preferably ServiceNow
