Order to Cash Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a recently formed team of Order To Cash professionals in Heredia, Costa Rica. As an Order to Cash Manager, you will manage a team of 10 direct reports to ensure a smooth and efficient department across the functions of Order Management, Cash Collections, Customer Credit Management, and Customer Support.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Passionate about building a world-class Accounts Receivable team
• Experience in managing a large team
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance
• 7 years of experience in finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
