The Penetration Testing Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful day-to-day execution of penetration testing and security service projects. This includes managing scheduling, tracking project progress, and maintaining communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in service coordination, project management, Cybersecurity, or IT services
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and Azure DevOps are a plus
- Experience managing vendor relationships within an ongoing project and ensuring timely project delivery
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to document, refine, and improve service delivery processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are a plus
