The People Operations Associate will be based in Madrid and will be responsible for supporting Morningstar colleagues throughout multiple EMEA jurisdictions, focusing on providing the best employee experience throughout their entire journey at Morningstar.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international corporate environment
- Proficiency in English and Dutch, additional European languages are a plus
- Prior experience or basic knowledge of Workday HCM, ServiceNow or other HR tools
