As a People Operations Associate, you will be the first line of support and culture ambassador for our employees, providing them with the best employee experience throughout their journey at Morningstar. You will own and manage our people data, maintain clean and accurate records in our HR information system and payroll, and work with other P&C functions to provide timely solutions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an international corporate environment
- Proficiency in English and French, additional European languages a plus
- Prior experience or basic knowledge of Workday HCM, ServiceNow or other HR tools
