People Services Advisor, North America

In this role, the individual will be the point of contact for employees seeking information and assistance regarding various HR functions, such as talent acquisition, benefits, payroll, compensation, employee engagement, and various other HR-related functions.

Requirements

• Associate Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• 2+ years of professional or related experience with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employment information
• 2+ years of experience in HR Advisor role
• Experience with Workday
• Strong customer service skills
• Excel working in a very fast-paced environment
• Organized; detail-oriented; versatile
• Demonstrates self-direction and ability to work under moderate supervision
• Demonstrates ability to be a leader among peers, through mentoring and training new HR Advisors
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates strong verbal/written communication skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency, prioritization, flexibility, and adaptability
• Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate ownership of job tasks
• Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
• Experience with Workday, JD Edwards & ServiceNow preferred
