PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead

Saxon Global is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead to provide services as a contract employee. The successful candidate will have experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (9.x), Oracle Taleo, and other related technologies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required to work with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and developers.

Requirements

• Ability to work with internal and external customers, including management staff, project managers, functional business and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and CPA contracted vendors;
• Functional expertise related to any or all of the following: Oracle PeopleSoft (9.x), Oracle Taleo, Oracle tools (e.g., Database, Golden Gate, RAC, etc.), Business Objects, AIX or Linux, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Data Warehouse;
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
• Ability to collaborate with various types of SMEs, stakeholders, programmers, and developers in order to assist with and/or design, develop, implement and support complex business solutions;
• Ability to work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary;
