Requirements
- Experience in IT Support, Service Delivery, or Platform Support
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, HCM) applications
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, FreshService) for incident and problem management
