DMI is seeking a Principal, Senior Solution Architect – IT Infrastructure Services to join us. The position is responsible for providing thought leadership, developing and implementing solution strategies to grow DMI’s innovation capabilities and to support DMI business growth.
Requirements
- Strong expertise and experience in cloud (at least in one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and IT infrastructure technologies (storage, networking, etc.)
- Strong expertise and experience in IT service management best practices and standards (ITIL, CMMI Service, ISO 20K, etc.)
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow or other ITSM platform solutions
