We're hiring an experienced Principal Solution Architect to lead and support the development of ITSM-related functions to support our current customer base and business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in senior technical leadership roles such as Solution Architect, Chief Engineer, or Systems Engineer
- Proven success in driving large-scale enterprise implementations with a focus on complex system integration and operational optimization
- Experience with ITSM (e.g. ServiceNow) implementations integrated with upstream and downstream incident management, asset management, monitoring, and critical business function management
