The Product Manager will ensure the strategic portfolio is aligned with commercial objectives by translating high-level process definitions into formalized low-level ServiceNow implementation designs. The role involves building a product and/or implementing a roadmap, organizing workshops, and maintaining a backlog in collaboration with other business analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent university degree with a specialization in computer science
  • More than 6 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner on the Snow platform
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in one or both of Order management and Strategic portfolio management
  • Good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
  • Knowledge and experience with CSDM are a plus
  • Experience in designing operational target models
  • Experience in transforming large service management projects
  • Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies and specifically SAFe
  • Experience with project management and agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and open-mindedness
  • Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to understand and decompose complex concepts to clarify effort and requirements for changes
  • Team player accustomed to working in a multicultural distributed team
