Production Specialist

Job Description: The Production Specialist is responsible for providing IT support and services within the Service Operations organization. The successful candidate will support home loan savings applications and IT systems, troubleshoot and solve faults, and contribute to the functional expansion of IT monitoring.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in a scientific or technical field with a focus on IT
• Understanding of distributed IT systems and the IT operation of complex application and infrastructure environments
• Experience with various IT technologies, such as Windows, RHEL, VMware, IBM Mainframe, DB2/Oracle/MS SQL databases, middleware, SAP as well as job scheduler and automation tools (preferably Automic UC4)
• Familiar with ITIL processes and the application of IT operational process-relevant tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, ALM)
• Open-minded, empathetic and strong communicator personality who knows how to convince others, set priorities and effectively pass on knowledge combined with a high customer and service orientation towards internal and external contacts
